Send renewal to just one member
You may send out an individual renewal email together with a renewal form provided the member has made any payments in the relevant period.
Go to the member’s record and ensure that the record is marked as both “Awaiting Renewal” and “Approved”.
If necessary amend the record and save it.
Go back into the record and you will be see a green button marked “Send renewal email” Click this and the email will be sent to just thie one individual.
