Rejected emails
To fully check the history for a mail shot, go to ADMINISTRATION – MAILSHOT HISTORY and select the email template in question.
At the foot of the next screen click on the green button “View mailshot queue for individual mailshot items”
On the next page a full description of the STATUS is given at the top of the screen and a list of each of the emails sent will be displayed and to the right of the screen is the delivery status and reason.
