Why am I logged out of the system?

In common with most Internet applications if there is no inteaction between the uder and the program for about 30 mins then you will be logged out of the program.  This is nothing to do with the eReturn2 system but is controlled by your web browser.  It happens to avoid the internet resources being monopolised by users forgetting to log out of a web based application.

Provided there is some interaction between the user and the program then they will remain logged in.

“Interaction” means anything where there is interact with the back end (generally by pressing a button, or navigating to a different screen, or reloading the current screen).
