Country
Junior
Honorary (BBKA)
And therefore excludes
Partner
Local
Status is either
Active
Awaiting renewal
and Suppress BBKA news has not been ticked by the membership secretary.
One reason this might be ticked is if a Registered Member and Junior Member live at the same address and they do not both require a copy
The approval stage is not relevant to the selection process. This is used when doing online renewals.
The data fields extracted are the salutation, name, address and postcode fields for the mailing house.
The data for BBKA News is drawn around the 8th of the preceding month. Any member who renews after the 8th of the month will miss out on that month’s magazine.
