Adding a Logo
To Add a logo go to UTILITIES – DOCUMENTS – Create new Document
Complete the Document display name typically this will be “?? Branch Logo”
Complete Document purpose -This could be “Receipt Logo” or “Map Logo” or any other description you want.
Document Purpose = Click the drop-down list and choose “Image/Logo file”
and SAVE these settings. This creates a holding file for the logo.
A list of documents will be displayed, click on the item you just created.
At the foot of the screen click on the box “Choose file”
Browse your computer to find the logo, it MUST be an image file and not a Word document. In other words, it must have the extension .png, .jpg, .jpeg or .tiff. Select it and click “Open”
The name of your file will now be displayed.
Click the YELLOW button to “Upload the File”.
The Logo will now be available for including in Receipts or on the ‘Find a Beekeeper near you’ map.
To add the logo to a receipt, go to SETTINGS
In the field marked “Image to display on receipt (uploaded document of type Image)” choose the image you wish to use.
I have found that the following settings work well
Image position from left – 150
Image position from top – 20
Width – 40
