If branches add membership payments after they have closed the Spring Capitation it will cause problems when the Association tries to close. To overcome this, mark the members as “Lapsed”. Do the Association return and then change the members back to “Active”

Make sure you are working in the correct Accounting period. If not change to the correct period, delete the member’s receipt reference numbers and re-issue the receipt. This will update the hive numbers correctly and also produce the correct information on the receipt.
SUPER USERS ONLY Click on ASSOCIATIONS/BRANCHES from the main menu. Select the branch in question and change the Current Period as appropriate and then save the record.
