This is usuall caused by there being a single payment line (of £0) in the accounts page. Delete this line – and the account will show no payment items. The button for the manual renewal will be activated.

If an error is found in the BDI Invoice., make the appropriate changes to the membere’s data and then you MUST re-generate the BDI Invoice to pick up the amendments.
There is an internal check to see if there have been any changes between generating the final invoices and closing the return. Please press step 3 – to regenerate the final invoices and then go to step 4 to close the return and all should be fine.

Wrong Accounting period displaying when signing on. This is uaully caused because the Year End for the Association is incorrect. To change the Year End go to SETTINGS – CUSTOM FIELDS – CURRENT RETURN PERIOD and change it as appropriate.
Members receipt references can be deleted by loading the member’s account page and viewing each line of the account. At the foot of the screen there is a button “Clear Receipt Reference”
