Deleting, Re-opening, Create New or Re-set Capitation return period

It now requires a super user to do this – as there are so many issues with people re-opening closed returns.

A Super-User can re-open a closed return but leave it to the Association to delete or they can simply go back into the steps again to redo it.

Only super-users can change the branch return period back an earlier time.

This reinforces the point that superusers need to be involved in this process.

Create New or Re-set Capitation return period

Only Super users can make these changes but once changed you have to logon as a user of the particular branch to see the new return.

SETTINGS – CUSTOM FIELDS and change the return period as appropriate.

UTILITIES -BBKA Capitation / BDI Return -Select the appropriate branch and delete the return (RED box in bottom right of screen)
