Directory of Officers Associations & Branches

Introduction

The eReturn2 Directory of Officers replaces the printed year book that used to be published.  The information can be extracted from eR2 as a PDF – on demand, it is therefor constantly being kept up-to-date

GDPR Considerations

Officers accept that their information is available to BBKA and BDI as part of their service agreement, but they do not currently agree to their personal information being made available outside their local association.

Data to be included 

“Full details” will include the following fields from eR2

First Name, Last Name
Address lines 1-4
Postcode
Email address
Phone number – separate tick to have this displayed on the officer record – so optional
Category of user (officer role)

Full details of Area Association Officers who are in any of the following categories will be included in the Directory of Officers

Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Exam Secretary, Education Secretary, AHAT Coordinator

“Short details” will include the following fields from eR2

First Name, Last Name
Email address
Phone number – separate tick to have this displayed on the officer record – so optional
Category of user (officer role)

Full details of the Branch Secretaries will be included in the Branch Officers report.

Short details of Branch Officers who are in any of the following categories will be included in the  Branch Officers Report

Chair, Membership Secretary, Exam Secretary, Education Secretary, AHAT Co-ordinator.

Category of officer information

Association officers will have full details displayed

Branch officers will have short details displayed, with the exception of the secretary.
