Honorary Members

Payments for Honorary Member are made by either the BBKA, Branch or the Association, depending on the type of Honorary Member.

BBKA  Honorary Members can be dealt with manually.

Association or Branch Honorary members’ fees need to have a “Payment Item” created , USING SETTINGS – CUSTOM FIELDS called something along the lines of  “Association Honorary Refund” or “Branch Honorary Refund”

Then in the Online Renewal Items create the payments as you would for a registered member but add an extra line for a negative amount equal to the total that the Honorary member would have had to pay.
