Manual Renewal

If a member pays by cheque or cash, it is likely that you will have a paper Membership form. 

Provided that the member is marked as Awaiting Renewal and Pending Approval  and has no payments recorded against their name, you will see at the foot of the screen a box marked Manual Renewal

Click on the green button marked “Manual Renewal”. You will then have the opportunity of completing the online renewal form on behalf of the member.
