Partner Members must live at the same address

The system does not check to see if Partner members live at the same address as the Registered Member. This is a manual task that the Membership secretary has to undertake.

Partner membership is only available where there is a Registered Member at the same address and only 1 Partner Member per Registered Member.

The BBKA periodically checks that the Registered member and Partner are living at the same address. Partners do not get BBKA News in any event.  To check for yourself sort the records by postcodes and then have a quick scan through and see if there are two the same.  Not 100% accurate but at least it is a start.
