Renewal form data not updating
Apart from changes made in the top section of the Renewal form, only financial information is collected. It is up to you to make the change when you check the members renewal form. You do not have to go out of the system to do this. On the right hand side of the screen there is an historic list of events one of which will be “Online renewal request (click for detail)” This will display the form and you can see any amendments made.
If there are non-financial fields created in the online form, these can be populated by the member but the details will not get changed. The membership secretary will have to make the changes manually.
