Roll back a return period
INFORFMATION FOR SUPPORT TEAM
The issue if you re-open a return that has rolled forward is that we (as support) need to index back the return period on the branch record to the re-opened period. Once done the branch can then upload data to the old period.
We must keep an eye on the officer making the changes as the county return will be out of sync if he is not careful.
