Viewing a Member’s Renewal form
- If a member has submitted a renewal form this can be viewed by loading the member’s screen and in the right hand margin, which contains the history, click on the line that reads
“Online renewal request (Click for details)”
- To see an online form that is being sent to a member start a Manual Renewal process
Go into any member’s record. You should see a green box at the foot of the screen “Manual Renewal“. Click on this and you will see the renewal form.
You may do this as often as you like without affecting the system. If you press the SUBMIT button then any payments you may have selected will get imported into the member’s record.
That is not the end of the world, you can always go into Member’s Record – Accounts and delete them. The same applies if you actually send a receipt. You can always delete the payment record and have a fresh start.
If you cannot see the Manual Renewal button make sure that there are no payments filed against the member and that their status is both Awaiting Renewal and the Approval stage is Pending Approval.
